Most restricted free agents are eligible to receive an offer sheet from another team. His team can then match the offer sheet or receive draft-pick compensation based on its value.

FORWARDS

Matty Beniers, Seattle Kraken

The 21-year-old center had 37 points (15 goals, 22 assists) in 77 games for the Kraken this season. Beniers has 103 points (42 goals, 61 assists) in 167 regular-season games and seven points (three goals, four assists) in 14 Stanley Cup Playoff games. The No. 2 pick in the 2021 NHL Draft, Beniers won the Calder Trophy as the NHL rookie of the year in 2022-23 when he led first-year players in points (57) and was tied for first in goals (24) in 80 games.

Quinton Byfield, Los Angeles Kings

The 21-year-old right wing had an NHL career-high 55 points (20 goals, 35 assists) in 80 regular-season games for the Kings this season and four assists in five playoff games. The No. 2 pick in the 2020 NHL Draft, Byfield has 88 points (28 goals, 60 assists) in 179 regular-season games and eight points (one goal, seven assists) in 13 playoff games.

Seth Jarvis, Carolina Hurricanes

The 22-year-old center had NHL career highs in goals (33), assists (34) and points (67) in 81 regular-season games for the Hurricanes this season and nine points (five goals, four assists) in 11 playoff games. Selected in the first round (No. 13) of the 2020 NHL Draft, Jarvis has 146 points (64 goals, 82 assists) in 231 regular-season games and 27 points (13 goals, 14 assists) in 40 playoff games.

The 22-year-old center had 35 points (13 goals, 22 assists) in 78 regular-season games for the Panthers this season and 17 points (three goals, 14 assists) in 24 playoff games to help Florida win the Stanley Cup. Selected in the first round (No. 12) of the 2020 NHL Draft, Lundell has 112 points (43 goals, 69 assists) in 216 regular-season games and 28 points (six goals, 22 assists) in 54 playoff games.

Kirill Marchenk, Columbus Blue Jackets

The 23-year-old right wing led the Blue Jackets with 23 goals this season and was third in points (42). Selected in the second round (No. 49) of the 2018 NHL Draft, Marchenko has 67 points (44 goals, 23 assists) in 137 games.

Dawson Mercer, New Jersey Devils

The 22-year-old center had 33 points (20 goals, 13 assists) in 82 games for the Devils this season. Selected in the first round (No. 18) of the 2020 NHL Draft, Mercer has 131 points (64 goals, 67 assists) in 246 regular-season games and seven points (three goals, four assists) in 12 playoff games.

MartinNecas, Carolina Hurricanes

The 25-year-old center had 53 points (24 goals, 29 assists) in 77 regular-season games for the Hurricanes this season and nine points (four goals, five assists) in 11 playoff games. Lucas Raymond, Detroit Red Wings

Eeli Tolvanen, Seattle Kraken

The 25-year-old right wing had 41 points (16 goals, 25 assists) in 81 games for the Kraken this season. Selected by the Nashville Predators in the first round (No. 30) of the 2017 NHL Draft, Tolvanen has 119 points (57 goals, 62 assists) in 264 regular-season games for the Kraken and Predators and nine points (four goals, five assists) in 21 playoff games.

Filip Zadina, San Jose Sharks

Sean Durzi, Utah

Thomas Harley, Dallas Stars

Timothy Liljegren, Toronto Maple Leafs

Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen, Buffalo Sabres

The 25-year-old was 27-22-4 with a 2.57 goals-against average, .910 save percentage and five shutouts in 54 games (51 starts) with the Sabres this season. Selected in the second round (No. 54) of the 2017 NHL Draft, Luukkonen is 47-41-10 with a 2.98 GAA, .904 save percentage and five shutouts in 100 games (96 starts).

Jeremy Swayman, Boston Bruins

The 25-year-old was 25-10-8 with a 2.53 GAA, .916 save percentage and three shutouts in 44 regular-season games (43 starts) for the Bruins this season and 6-6 with a 2.15 GAA and .933 save percentage in 12 playoff games.
